The Domar Center for Mind/Body Health is a leader in the treatment and understanding of the polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Our PCOS Program is designed to offer comprehensive support to the PCOS patient, working closely with each patient to determine the best treatment plan to achieve their personal goals.
With programs geared to both the general public experiencing this condition ~ and to women undergoing fertility treatments ~ we offer patients a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. Patients have access to a variety of services including weight management, nutrition counseling, and direct access to psychologists and fertility experts.
Led by the Domar Center’s Director of Nutrition, Hillary Wright, MEd, RD, LDN ~ our PCOS Program provides emotional support, dietary and exercise guidance and weight management for women with PCOS. Participants will work together with Hillary to develop an individualized plan that combines dietary and exercise guidance, weight management strategies, and emotional support to reduce the present symptoms of PCOS and help to avoid any future health problems that may be caused by the condition.
PCOS affects as many as 6%-10% of all women of reproductive age. With that in mind, the Domar Center for Mind/Body Health and Boston IVF have teamed up to offer an innovative and integrated approach to treating PCOS for patients who also are experiencing infertility.
