ACUPUNCTURE:
Initial Consult (90 minutes) - $125
For all Boston IVF Patients, a $30 off coupon is supplied for the 90 minute initial visit only - does not apply for other services
Follow-up appointments (60 minutes) - $75
Pre/Post transfers/IUIs (25 minutes before/after) - $150
Package of Five Visits - $350 ($70/visit)
Package of Ten Visits - $675 ($67.50/visit)
Cancellation Policy – For patients who provide less than a 48 hour cancellation or do not show for their previously scheduled appointment, they will be billed $75 for their missed visit.
MIND/BODY PROGRAMS
10 Week Sessions
Patient out of pocket- $495
*60 minute individual intake appointment- $185 - covered by most insurance companies (mandatory)
*30 minute individual discharge appointment- $100 – covered by most insurance companies (optional)
Cancellation Policy for individual intake or discharge appointment - For patients who provide less than a 48 hour cancellation or do not show for their previously scheduled appointment, they will be billed $100 for their missed visit.
Cancellation Policy for program - Cancellations made at anytime after registration (except for cancellation for pregnancy), will be charged $100 The full fee of $495 will be charged for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the program begins .
* Insurance Policy – Patients are responsible for obtaining proper mental health authorizations from their insurance companies.
NUTRITION:
*Nutritional Counseling (60 minutes) - $125
Cancellation Policy - For patients who provide less than a 48 hour cancellation or do not show for their previously scheduled appointment, they will be billed $100 for their missed visit.
* Insurance Policy – Patents are responsible for knowing their nutrition benefit and obtaining proper insurance or PCP referrals prior to their appointments. Blue Cross/Blue Shield members with no nutrition benefit, are given a 25% discount.
PREMIUM HALF DAY MIND/BODY TREATMENT PACKAGE
Individuals: $495 Couples: $650
Cancellation Policy – Patients are subject to a $100 cancellation fee at anytime. If patients cancel with less than 10 business days prior to date of service, patients are subject to full price of service - $495 for an individual or $650 for a couple..
PSYCHOTHERAPY:
Individual / Couples
*50 initial psychological evaluation - $185
*50 minute subsequent appointment - $150

RESTORATIVE YOGA:
Initial individual/Couple session - $135
Individual/Couples one hour sessions - $95
Package of four one hour - $360 ($90/visit)
Six one hour sessions for four people - $180 per person

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING:

Day 2-$700 (optional)
Day 3-$700 (mandatory)
Cancellation Policy - Full refunds less a $100 registration fee will be made of cancellation is received 10 business days prior to training. Cancellations received 9 to 4 business days before the training are subject to ½ price fee and cancellations less than 3 business days or without notice are subject to the full fee.
